They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

·       Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Skills in Excel Spreadsheets, MS Office and Emailing

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
